How it works
Coaching is based on chat discussions. You get to choose from various topics in each session and you’ll also get tasks to experiment with. Tasks remain in the inbuilt to do list and you can check them accomplished as you proceed.
You can also choose the tone of voice for your coach – be a bit more conversational or get to the point more directly.
